Welcome!  I am currently available for Kripalu Massage, Positional Release and Reiki upstairs at the Enchanted Fox.

I have studied massage therapy at The Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health and Bancroft School of Massage Therapy.  My practice centers around the Kripalu style, as it is rooted in yogic principles and focuses more deeply on the body, mind and spirit connection.

Kripalu bodywork is a gentle, yet powerful massage.  During a session we draw your attention to the flow of breath, and physical sensation in your body in order to stimulate, release and increase energy flow throughout.  The end result is a profound sense of  connectedness and relaxation. 

If you have never received a massage, I recommend the articles "What to Expect At Your Massage Session" , "What to Expect From Your First Massage"  and  "How to Get the Most From Your Massage"  located on the AMTA website.   These refer to massage therapy in very general terms.  

I also practice Reiki.    I am certified in Karuna and Tera Mai Seichem Reiki and have studied other styles of energetic healing.  

I am currently enrolled in the Energy Medicine Program at IHAS.  As a result, I offer you a style of energy medicine that deeply grounds you and assists you to embody in order to more fully experience being human. 

Fee schedule is as follows:

$30 1/2 hour session

$60  hour session

$90  1 1/2 hour session

While a half hour session can be useful to quickly address a specific problem, the hour and 1 1/2 hour sessions are available for a deeper, more holistic, body, mind and spirit experience. 

At this time, in regards to the practice of massage, I work exclusively with women.  If you are male and looking for a practitioner, I will be happy to refer you to a competent associate.
